Initiate Your Return Request (Within 14 Days of Delivery)

To start a return, please email us at customercare@dayhawksco.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Copy of your original receipt

  • Clear description of the issue

Our customer care team is available 24/7, all week, to assist you.


Prepare Your Return

  • Gather the item(s) you wish to return

  • Take clear photos of the product(s) for documentation (condition proof)


Return Procedure

  1. Locate Your Receipt
    Please retrieve the order confirmation email, which contains your unique order number.

  2. Submit Return Request
    Share your order number, item photos, and reason for return via email.
    Our support agent will review your request and send you a return form.

    For multiple items, please submit a separate return form for each item.

  3. Return Approval
    Once approved, you’ll receive an email within 24 hours containing the return address and detailed instructions.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached

  • Returns are accepted only for:

    • Defective items

    • Incorrect items

    • Incomplete items (missing components)


Not Eligible for Return

  • Made-to-order or standard-size formal wear (change of mind)

  • Customized products

  • Items returned in poor condition, damaged, altered, or not following care instructions

  • International deliveries (compensation may be offered depending on the issue)


Time Limits

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Approved items must be shipped back within 7-10 days of approval
    (Late returns will be sent back to the customer)


Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after Dayhawks receives and approves the returned item.


📌 Important Notes

  • Dayhawks is not responsible for items lost during return shipping

  • Damage caused by washing or ironing (color bleeding, fading, print damage) is not covered

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval

  • Bank processing delays are outside Dayhawks’ control
