What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

What payment methods do you accept?

When will I receive my order?

Typically your order arrives within 10–12 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance or weather conditions.

Who is eligible for a return?

Returns accepted for defective, incorrect, or incomplete items only — within 14 days of delivery with original tags. Customized and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel within 12 hours of placing, provided it hasn't entered production. Made-to-order and customised pieces cannot be cancelled after production begins.
